I have had Coral necklaces of this design before but never one of this large scale. It is truly magnificent. The natural pale pink coral is suspended from 15k yellow gold chain. The blushing color and impressive quality make me think of Venus with her hair floating as she emerges from the sea in Botticelli's famous painting. Circa 1900, natural untreated coral, and 15k yellow gold.
