I've been working on this necklace for about ten years!.... Only recently did I manage to find the last part of it to complete it: a perfect solid 14K gold antique watch chain with trombone links and intricate knots.

I fell in love with the focal when I first saw it back in Boston: A solid 18K gold angelskin coral and jade brooch carved into a delicate rose. I knew I wanted to make a necklace with it but I couldn't find the perfect pairing for a long time since its colours were so striking on their own. Then I came upon a 150 carat strand of moss amethyst, which was a match made in heaven with the brooch... So sparkly and watery in detail, every stone is different and a work of art from Mother Nature! I handwired them with solid 14K gold wire (neatly and expertly handwired with my 14 years of wirework experience! 😊) and this beautiful solid 14K gold antique watch chain, closed with a solid 18K gold toggle clasp. The brooch was left intact but the pin neatly wired shut with solid 14K gold wire.

At a versatile 18 inches long, this necklace will make any outfit pop! All gold is solid 14K or 18K gold. Labelled with a removeable pequitobun jewellery brand tag. I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking.
