The figa is a protective amulet worn to ward off the "evil eye."

This figa charm was originally an antique stick pin (circa 1880-1900). The charm features a carved coral hand with a 14k gold cap and 14k gold bracelet accented with a pearl.

The pendant measures 1 inch from the top of the bail to the base of the pendant by 0.3 inches wide. It is in very good condition.
